Mr. Regev has served in executive positions in the aviation industry for the past 25 years. For 15 years, Eyal had managed the development of the most extensive UAV system in the Israel Aerospace Industries, where he also envisioned the concept of delivery drones and led the VTOL UAV development program. Before founding Gadfin, Eyal served as the VP of R&D at ParaZero Drone Safety Systems. Mr. Regev holds an MA in Economics and Business Administration from Heriot-Watt University and a BSc in Electrical Engineering from Ben-Gurion University. Mr. Regev is also an active GA pilot for the last 30 years.
Ben Raviv is an industrial designer with a primary focus on composite ballistic armor systems. Ben has a BFA Design from the Academy of Art University in San Francisco, and worked in the US armor industry manufacturing armor systems for law enforcement and military applications. Ben lived in Angola where he managed Oil & Gas and marine infrastructure projects. He is also involved in seed and VC investments in tech Start-Ups in Israel and Africa.
Experienced accountant (CPA since 2011) with a demonstrated history of managing and leading finance and accounting departments as head of finance and CFO. Yafit has gained experience in varied segments, where she led a multi-million-dollar company acquisition deal, projects' budgeting, and annual financial reports. Yafit holds a BA in accounting and business management from the College of management.
As the VP R&D at Gadfin Aero-Logistics Systems, I lead a team of engineers and researchers who are developing cutting-edge solutions for autonomous aerial delivery. With over 14 years of experience in the aerospace industry, I have a deep understanding of the technical, operational, and regulatory challenges and opportunities in this field.
Robert L Roach, Ph.D. (Aerospace Engineering, Ga Tech, 1976) spent 25 years in US academia as a research engineer and assistant professor, producing numerous refereed publications and conference proceedings in Computational Fluid Dynamics and propulsion. He supported NASA, US Air Force, Lockheed, and several other US aerospace companies as a consultant. Robert spent 20 years in the Israeli high tech and has numerous patents.
Ph.D in Flight control, Developed numerous flight control for unmanned systems including multi-rotors and VTOLs.
Izhar brings to Gadfin over 35 years of versatile experience in operating, instructing & testing more than dozen UAV Systems. He commanded and managed complex technical and organizational development processes in the military and the industrial environment. Izhar holds a Bachelor of Architecture (BArch) from the Technion Institute and an MBA from Ben Gurion University.
