Mr. Regev has served in executive positions in the aviation industry for the past 25 years. For 15 years, he had managed the development of the most extensive UAV system in the Israel Aerospace Industries (IAI), where he also envisioned the concept of delivery drones and led the VTOL UAV development program. Before founding Gadfin, Eyal served as the VP of R&D at ParaZero Drone Safety Systems. Mr. Regev holds an MA in Economics and Business Administration from Heriot-Watt University and a BSc in Electrical Engineering from Ben-Gurion University. Eyal has been an active GA pilot for over 30 years.

A mechanical engineer with a B.Sc. in robotics from the Technion and a former Commander and Flight Controller in the Israeli Air Force, Orr brings exceptional leadership and strategic vision. He excels at optimizing complex operations, leading multi-disciplinary teams, and translating ambitious business goals into tangible results.
Experienced airline pilot with worldwide aviation knowledge as both Captain and First Officer, rated in a variety of aircraft types. B.Sc. in Meteorology. Maty is a UAS operations specialist with deep expertise in both civil and military unmanned aviation as operator and instructor. He combines proven proficiency in project management, mission planning, operational leadership, strong focus on UAS design, development, flight testing, and certification.
Dr Ilan Zohar serves as Gadfin’s Lead Communications and Computer Engineering Specialist. Holding a Ph.D. in Flight Controls, he brings extensive expertise in developing cutting-edge flight control systems and automation for unmanned aerial platforms, including advanced multi-rotors and VTOLs. In addition to his deep technical background, Ilan is a former IDF Commander (Lieutenant Colonel, Res.) of an elite Communication and Electronics unit, blending high-level engineering mastery with field-tested leadership in mission-critical technology.
Nissim brings extensive experience in global aviation manufacturing management. Previously serving as a senior executive and CEO of FBM he has overseen large-scale aerospace programs and is proficient in working under Boing certified manufacturing standards.
Sharon serves as the Global Head of Business Operations at Gadfin, steering the company’s international growth and market scaling. He brings three decades of elite leadership experience in global business development and high-stakes sales. Throughout his career in the Israeli tech ecosystem, Sharon has successfully managed cross-border operations spanning from semiconductor IC innovations to large-scale, intricate technology systems. He holds deep-rooted networks and commercial foundations across the Asia-Pacific (APAC) region and globally. Furthermore, Sharon possesses direct operational expertise within both the multi-rotor and defense Unmanned Aerial Vehicle (UAV) sectors, uniquely positioning him to drive Gadfin’s advanced aero-logistics footprint.
Edan oversees the global marketing and commercialization strategies for Gadfin’s hydrogen-powered eVTOL platforms. A seasoned entrepreneur and technologist with more than two decades of senior leadership in aerospace, venture capital, and high-tech. Edan blends high-level business strategy with deep technical insight, leveraging a multidisciplinary background spanning R&D, marketing, operations management, and business development positions. Edan is also a commercial pilot and flight instructor. He holds BSc in Mechanical Engineering from Tel-Aviv University and MBA from the Technion.
